Well, hey there! I’ve had a crazy couple months since I wrote last, mostly filled with sophomore year. But I finally got caught up on it all and I have time to write again!

When most people arrive back home after a two month long trip, I expect they would take a day or two of rest, getting over jet lag by watching Netflix and eating ice cream. In most cases, I think that I would do the same. But for some reason, the second I stepped foot into my house, I had an extreme urge to redecorate my room. Lol, I know.

My space is something that I always reflect my personality onto, and it changes with me. After having seen such beautiful, vibrant cultures, I think I wanted to bring a little of that back to my room. Before, it was all just….pink. Not Dolores Umbridge pink, but still pink.

After a day of taping up different clippings and banners, I completed my room! TADAAAA!!! Here is the space where I spend countless hours reading, listening (and possibly crying) to Claire de Lune (IT’S JUST SO DANG BEAUTIFUL), jamming out on the guitar, facetiming  my glowworm, and and blasting Sinatra on my turn table.

Léon, my sorrowful potted plant, beautiful roses from valentines day (pats myself on the back for keeping them alive this long), a pizza poster, a space pennant (100% conan inspired) , national park postcards, and a tasmanian map.

my “makeup”. idk when the last time I put actual lipstick on was, but there ya go. (GLOSSIER STUFF IS ACTUALLY AMAZING THO)

countries I’ve been to are colored in.

paint, magazine clippings, stickers, random knickknacks, my stereo, and all my records live in this little stereo mount.

bedside table clutter

my brainstorming/essay writing/ painting/graphic designing desk.

My space is so… me. I love it so much.

Thanks for checking out this post. I hope your eyeballs are as happy as mine are.
